The age of the participants should be eighteen years and above.
The employees of Gujarat Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd. (GCMMFL), their advertising agencies & their associate companies and their relatives are not eligible for this contest.
All entries will become the property of GCMMFL, & their advertising agencies & may be used for future communication & advertising.
Incomplete entries will not be considered.
A select panel of judges will evaluate all entries.
The decision of the company will be final and binding with regard to this contest.
No further correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
Disputes if any will be subject to court at Anand jurisdiction only.
All taxes/levies on or in connection with the prizes will be the responsibility of the winners.
Prizes will not be transferable.
The winners of the contest should be willing to participate in promotional activities undertaken by the company.
This contest is subject to force majeure conditions.
The date of announcing the result of the contest will be decided by GCMMF Ltd.
No future correspondence will be entertained with respect to date of announcing the results of the contest and/or Prize distribution.
GCMMF reserves the right to change/modify any terms & conditions of the contest without any prior information to the participants. Any decision taken by GCMMF regarding the contest will be final and abiding.
