GCMMF received the prestigious IMC Ramkrishna Bajaj National Quality Performance Excellence Trophy-2018 in Service Category. Dr. R.S. Sodhi, Managing Director, received the award during the 22nd IMC Ramkrishna Bajaj National Quality Award function held at IMC Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Churchgate, Mumbai on 15th March, 2019.

The IMC RBNQA criteria are similar to the Malcolm Baldrige criteria of USA and follows similar rigorous process of evaluation in the area of Leadership, Strategic Planning, Customer Focus, Measurement, Analysis and Knowledge Management, Workforce Focus, Operation Focus & Results.
