Garlic Breadsticks

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 4 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 cups warm water
  • 2 tablespoons Amul Garlic & Herb Buttery Spread , softened
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons melted Amul Garlic & Herb Buttery Spread
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:

    1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in 1/4 cup warm water in a large bowl. Let stand until the yeast softens and begins to form a creamy foam, about 15 minutes. Add flour, 1 1/4 cup warm water, 2 tablespoons softened Amul Garlic & Herb Buttery Spread and 1 tablespoon salt; knead until dough is well mixed and soft, about 3 minutes.

    2. Roll dough into a 2-foot log. Cut into 16 equal pieces, about 1 1/2 inches wide. Knead each piece and shape into a 6-inch breadstick. Arrange breadsticks on a baking sheet; let rise for about 1 hour.

    3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

    4. Put 3 tablespoons melted Amul Garlic & Herb Buttery Spread in a bowl to melt; brush onto breadsticks.

    5. Bake breadsticks in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Immediately brush with remaining melted Amul Garlic & Herb Buttery Spread mixture; sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.

Buttery Garlic Green Beans

"Only fresh green beans and garlic will do for this easy, healthy, and flavorful side dish."

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed and snapped in half
  • 3 tablespoons Amul Garlic & Herb Buttery Spread
  • 2 pinches lemon pepper

Directions:

  • 1. Place green beans into a large skillet and cover with water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until beans start to soften, about 5 minutes. Drain water. Add butter to green beans; cook and stir until butter is melted, 2 to 3 minutes.
  • 2. Season with lemon pepper and salt.

Easy Cheesy Garlic Bread

"Melt-in-your-mouth delicious."

Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1/3 cup grated Amul Gouda cheese
  • 1/2 cup Amul Garlic & Herb Buttery Spread, softened
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Directions:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • 2. Cut bread into 1-inch thick slices, without cutting all the way through the loaf. Mix Gouda cheese, Amul Garlic & Herb Buttery Spread, and parsley in a small bowl. Spread mixture between slices of bread and over the top of the loaf. Wrap loaf in aluminum foil, leaving the top partially uncovered.
  • 3. Bake in preheated oven until butter is melted and bread toasted, 15 to 20 minutes.

Garlic Butter Popcorn

"Odd but delicious version of garlicky goodness that tastes great! There is no way to go wrong with this, you just have to love garlic. Adjust to your tastes! The wonderful thing about popcorn is that it is so versatile!"

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unpopped popcorn
  • 3 tablespoons Amul Garlic & Herb Buttery Spread, melted
  • 2 tablespoons grated Amul Gouda cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt, or more to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried crushed rosemary (optional)

Directions:

  • 1. Pop popcorn in a air popper or a Microwave according to manufacturer's instructions; transfer to a large bowl. Drizzle Amul Garlic & Herb Buttery Spread over popcorn; stir to evenly coat. Sprinkle Amul Gouda cheese, and rosemary over popcorn; toss to coat.
