Terms and Conditions for this contest
The contest is for the children in the age group of 8-12 years.
By participating in this contest, you are certifying that the recipe and associated photographs of preparation is your own originally created recipe and photograph. In case of any dispute at any time in future by any party, you alone will be 100% liable for any legal liability, civil or criminal arising out of any dispute related to recipes, photograph and other particulars submitted by you. You accept & certify the fact that GCMMF Ltd, Kaira District Cooperative Milk Producers Limited (and any related sister-organization) & Star India will be fully exempt from any legal liability or dispute arising out of recipes, photographs or other particulars submitted by you. You will also be automatically disqualified from the contest if it ever comes to light that recipe or photographs submitted by you is not original or any personal information provided by you is not accurate . Such disqualification shall be final and that you as participant agree that you shall have no legal right to challenge such disqualification in any Court or Tribunal or any other dispute resolution mechanism.
You certify that all information provided by you is 100% accurate. If any inaccuracy is detected any point in time, you will not only be disqualified from the contest but also GCMMF or Star India will be free to initiate legal or any other appropriate action against you.
You are accepting and certifying the fact that GCMMF Ltd and Kaira District Cooperative Milk Producers Ltd (and other related sister organizations) will not at all be liable or responsible for any dispute or legal action arising from recipe & photograph that you submit and which may possible be reproduced & publicly displayed by any of these organizations in printed, audio-visual or digital form.
All recipes, photographs and associated material submitted by you automatically becomes exclusive property of GCMMF Ltd, till perpetuity. You transfer full rights exclusively to GCMMF Ltd for the recipe, list of ingredients, photograph that you submit as part of this contest. You accept and certify the fact that GCMMF Ltd is free to reproduce, print, reprint and publicly display or use this material in any form; print, audio-visual and digital at any point in time in future, without paying any monetary or other compensation to you or assigning any credit for the recipe to you. You accept and certify the fact that in case of any dispute in future regarding originality or ownership of the recipe, you alone will be responsible for any legal or other liability arising out of the dispute and that GCMMF Ltd or its affiliated organizations will be 100% exempt from any liability arising out of any such dispute. The copyright in such recipe and/or photographs shall stand assigned for the entire term of the copyright throughout the world in favour of GCMMF and for that purpose, the Participant agrees to forthwith enter into a Deed of Assignment to fulfill legal requirements, if necessary, without any monetary compensation from GCMMF.
The decision of GCMMF Ltd and the panel of judges appointed by GCMMF Ltd will be final, with respect to this contest. You accept & certify that you will not dispute any decision taken by GCMMF Ltd with respect to the winners of this contest.
All costs related to travelling, accommodation, food and living expenses for winners and finalists of this contest to travel to the site of shooting the episodes, video-clippings, auditions and Grand Finale will have to be borne by the participants and contestants themselves. GCMMF Ltd will be under no compulsion to bear any such costs. GCMMF Ltd or Star India will not pay you any monetary compensation for appearing on any of the episodes of Amul Master Chef show or any related show or for shooting of the same.
You understand & accept that GCMMF Ltd or Star India can cancel, defer or postpone this contest at any stage for any reason. You will accept the decision of GCMMF Ltd or Star India in this regard and not raise any dispute related to this issue. You will also accept the fact that due to any reason, GCMMF or Star India may have to change the prizes initially announced for winners at any stage and you will not raise any dispute related to this matter, in case this occurs.
